• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Bookings are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your event, subject to availability.

Participants must be at least 18 years old. Valid ID may be required upon arrival. 

• Dry ice is used during the cocktail experience. Customers will be instructed on safe handling and use. Dry ice should never be ingested or touched with bare hands.
• All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not complying with safety protocols.
• Please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can accommodate where possible.

• Please arrive on time for your event. Late arrivals will result in a shorter experience.
• The experience lasts for the duration specified at the time of booking.

Please drink responsibly. We reserve the right to limit alcohol consumption if necessary for the safety of guests. 

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be refunded or rescheduled.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, equipment failure). In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

 Any inappropriate behaviour during the event may result in removal from the premises without a refund.
